Job Summary xc2xb7 ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: xc2xb7 Experience in at least one of the following technologies would be beneficial: o SAP SD, MM. o SAP Analytics. o SAP HANA. o SAP ABAP. o Change request management (SAP transports). o Solution Manager configuration & diagnostics. xc2xb7 Take consultative approach to challenge customers requested solution design, should a better alternative exist. xc2xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively (verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues/users. xc2xb7 Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: xc2xb7 SAP S/4 HANA xc2xb7 Good time management and organisational skills. xc2xb7 Willingness to learn and grow with the team. xc2xb7 Willingness to engage with foreign customers and be sensitive to possible language barriers and culture differences. xc2xb7 Willingness and ability to work on weekends and public holidays on implementation and operations (IT Support) related tasks. xc2xb7 Ability to work as part of an agile team, inter dependant and independently to submit deliverables on time and in excellent quality. xc2xb7 Proactive and take personal initiative when appropriate self-starter. xc2xb7 Above board work ethics this is of utmost importance. xc2xb7 Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project. xc2xb7 Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required. xc2xb7 Solution and results orientated with strong customer focus. xc2xb7 Understand situational awareness and holistic view on topics. xc2xb7 Continuous improvement mindset. xc2xb7 Willing and able to travel extensively, for up to 2 weeks at a time (international). xc2xb7 Strong Presentation skills. xc2xb7 WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE? xc2xb7 IT Degree and / or relevant qualifications xc2xb7 DevOps (operations, configuration/development) experience in commercial and/or retail end user IT applications is advantageous WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES? xc2xb7 Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for functional and/or technical design document(s). xc2xb7 Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes. xc2xb7 ABAP debugging beneficial (Workbench related knowledge of new development/enhancements) xc2xb7 Setting up the organization structure for Sales & Distribution processes and perform all relevant configuration, including Materials Management where integration requires this. xc2xb7 Preparation of testing documents and perform internal testing xc2xb7 Preparation of Sales & Distribution templates for various objects e.g., sales orders. xc2xb7 Integration testing with other modules xc2xb7 Understand interfaces, IDOC and RFC's processing xc2xb7 Preparing the cut over strategy for SD objects xc2xb7 Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners xc2xb7 Go-live preparation and post Go-live support xc2xb7 Interaction with clients through meetings, calls and emails xc2xb7 Receiving, troubleshooting, resolving and closing Operational and Maintenance tickets within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements). xc2xb7 Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support xc2xb7 Executing the required changes through configuration xc2xb7 Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls xc2xb7 Raising Change Requests (CRs) and writing Functional Specifications for them xc2xb7 Preparing test data for testing of CRs (Change Requests) xc2xb7 Testing CRs (Change Requests) and preparing test results xc2xb7 Carrying out regression testing xc2xb7 Interact with consultants of other modules xc2xb7 Steer external consultants in allocating deliverables to these feature teams and serve as a quality assurance of their deliverables. xc2xb7 User interface transactional solutions xc2xb7 Analyse and scope End-user authorisation roles. xc2xb7 Update and maintain documentation as an existing systems functionality is changed. xc2xb7 Execution according to the Agile Methodology and attending of all team meetings, including Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Planning meetings etc. xc2xb7 Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain, as per the updates required by the respective feature team(s).JorDan HRRecruiter
