Job Description

The Security and Concierge Officer play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and satisfaction of residents, guests, and visitors. This position combines professional front-of-house service with vigilant security operations, contributing to a welcoming, safe, and well-managed community environment.

Key Responsibilities

Concierge Duties

Serve as the first point of contact for residents, members, and visitors, providing courteous and professional assistance at all times. Handle inquiries, reservations, deliveries, and visitor access in accordance with estate policies. Provide information about estate facilities, events, and services, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Maintain a detailed log of daily activities, visitor movements, and relevant incidents. Support estate management in coordinating special events and VIP visits.

Security Duties

Monitor entry and exit points to control access to the golf club and ensure only authorised individuals gain access. Enforce golf club rules and regulations in a respectful yet firm manner. Conduct routine patrols of the premises, clubhouse, golf course, and other facilities. Support the coordination of estate events, VIP visits, and special functions. Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies and liaise with local law enforcement or emergency services when required. Report and document any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or breaches of security protocols. Keep accurate daily logs, incident reports, and notes for management review.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in security, hospitality, or concierge services (preferably in a luxury estate, resort, or residential community). Security certification and/or PSIRA registration (or local equivalent) preferred. First Aid and Fire Safety certification are an advantage. Valid driver's license.
