Job Description

Call centre in CBD seeks to employ a QA for their International USA campaign.Candidate applying requirements

  • 3-5 years experience as a QA
  • 2-3 years team management/people management role
  • 1-2 years experience international campaign customer service/sales within a call centre environment
  • Matric
  • Post matric qualification would be highly beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills: Able to speak English fluently and understand the rules governing the English language
  • Able to work shifts- Day and night shifts
