  • Problem investigation

  • Escalation of problem where appropriate
  • Proactive support - on-going maintenance and monitoring of systems
  • Ongoing documentation and updating of records regarding supported networks.
Essential to your success
  • Matric qualification
  • Relevant IT qualification A+ N+ MCSA/E Windows Server
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • This is a customer focused role
  • A passion for IT and technology
  • Good problems solving skills
  • Get it done attitude
  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems (Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10 Server OS)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Own vehicle & Valid driver's license
  • Experience with Sophos Firewalls
  • Experience with MikroTik Routers and firewalls
  • Experience with 3CX PBX telephone systems
