The purpose of the position is to ensure that each guest receives a warm welcome and personalized service throughout their stay. You will anticipate needs, resolve concerns, and provide information about services and local attractions, helping to create a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:

Post matric hotel school qualification would be advantageous

2-3 years' experience in a five-star environment

Guest-centric personality

Service orientated

Computer literacy

Excellent communication skills

Eager to meet guest expectations

High level of English proficiency

Be motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic, a team player, with a positive attitude

Be willing to work shifts

Own transport preferable

Key Performance Objectives:

Managing guests pre-arrival emails

Handle guest inquiries in a professional and effective manner:

Ensure knowledge of hotel room categories and layout of the property

Providing guests with information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and transportation.

Addressing guest enquiries and resolving guest complaints, effectively and efficiently

Pit checks to be done on each shift daily.

Operate the hotel's Property Management System: OPERA Cloud.

Check guest in upon arrival and check them out upon departure,

Liaise effectively between departments.
