Job Description
FMCG Sales Representative Location: East London | Private Sector To cater to major retailers in the East London area and neighboring regions, overseeing the daily sales operations within the territory. Responsibilities such as order processing, stock administration, and minimizing product returns Responsibilities:
- Achieving consistent sales growth for both individual stores and the entire sales area.
- Adhering to a pre-established call cycle for store visits.
- Generating high-quality orders from the stores within the scheduled call cycle.
- Ensuring order validity by obtaining confirmation from clients.
- Communicating received orders to the administrative office.
- Overseeing merchandising activities in visited stores to optimize product sales.
- Negotiating with customers to secure space and promotional opportunities.
- Managing product returns in accordance with the company's protocols.
- Cultivating strong relationships with store management and buyers.
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible hours)
- 1 Saturday a month: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

- A relevant business, sales, or retail tertiary qualification.
- Minimum of 6 years of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) retail sales experience.
- Proven experience in selling to blue-chip retailers.
- Valid drivers lisence and own vehicle
- FMCG foods: 6 years (Required)
- Blue Chip retailers: 3 years (Required)
