A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their daughter

Area:

Sunset Beach

Children's Ages:

10 year old - Girl

Child's Neurodivergence Snapshot:

ADHD - impulsive and struggles to concentrate.

Support Style:

Attends therapy at school, on medication and works best with regaular breaks.

Working hours:

Duties:

Facilitatorduties in the morning including providing one-on-one support aligned with the child's school curriculum, helping them understand their work, reinforce classroom learning through guided practice, create a calm, structured environment that supports focus and confidence, encourage independence and critical thinking. Au Pairing duties include taking her home, preparing light snacks and meals, oversee and assist with homework, facilitate play and fun games, ensure bags are packed for the next day and ad hoc babysitting with prior notice and paid additionally.

Special Requirements:

Female, Educational background would be preferred. Someone younger that our daughter can connect to.

Start Date and contract term:

ASAP - permanent

Salary:

R14 000 per month (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.76)



All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

Must have a clear criminal record

Must have a passion for children

Must have Matric

Must have a South African ID document.
