Job Description

Our client in the Motor Industry is looking for an experienced Customer Relations Manager to handling all customer complaints (OEM & Group update systems included).Responsibilities:

  • Handling all customer complaints (OEM & Group update systems included).
  • Managing OEM Queries and complaints
  • Maintenance of Building and all systems and office equipment
  • Managing all Courtesy vehicles (Mobility vehicles and Avis vehicles)
  • Booking and Managing all staff training OEM and other
  • Maintaining staff details on dealer net
  • Assisting General Manager
  • Handling Insurance company and Assessors queries
  • Managing Tow Truck and Driver
  • Maintaining relationships with Insurance companies and Dealerships
  • Ordering Stationery e.g. Business cards check in forms etc.
  • Updating Insurance web systems on progress eg: SIAS
  • Health and safety (OSHACT)
  • All Marketing material
  • Managing all events (Project management)
  • Marketing with insurance companies and assessors
  • All promotional gifts
  • Bookings
  • Job conversions (Parts tracking to parts department - job cards to workshop
  • Loading of customer details and vehicle info
  • Management and control of fleet loan vehicles.
  • Matric and any relevant qualification
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Own vehicle (not a prerequisite)
