National Diploma in Construction Management
Must be a South African Citizen
Must Reside in Western Cape
10 Years' Experience in Construction
Contractual Knowledge: NEC, JBCC
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good Knowledge of Construction Processes, Design Specifications, Sequence building and Health and Safety
Responsibilities:
Site Management
Programmes of work planning
Efficient flow of communication
Stakeholder communication
Oversee OHS onsite
Oversee housekeeping
People Management
Completion of documentation
Identify risks
Monitor quality
Production progress
