Processing of transactions for VAT registered entities, as per your bank statement



Processing of supplier invoices



Monthly reconciliations



VAT calculations and submissions to SARS



Monthly management reports



Tax planning



SAGE One accounting software (training included)



Monthly payroll administration (25 -50 employees) and submission of EMP201 returns to SARS



EMP501 submissions to SARS (bi-annually and annually) - including IRP5 certificates for all employees on the payroll



Workman's Compensation Fund - submission of annual return of earnings



Workman's Compensation Fund - Letter of Good Standing



Annual financial statements



Management financial statements



IRP6 - Provisional tax calculations and submission to SARS



IT14 - Business income tax calculation and submission to SARS



IT12 - Individual income tax calculation and submission to SARS (directors annual returns payable to CIPC)



Tax clearance



SARS queries
