Working hours:

Monday to Friday 12h30 to 17h00

School holiday hours:

Same/Similar hours (some flexibility may be needed, paid additionally for extra hours)

A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their 2 children

Area:

Rondebosch

Children's Ages:

Girl - 4 year old, Boy - 6 year old (Grade 1 2026)

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday 14:00 to 17:00, Friday 13:00 to 17h00

School holiday hours:

Same/Similar hours (some flexibility may be needed, paid additionally for extra hours)

Duties:

Collect from school, Take to extra-murals, Run general family errands, Engaging in intellectually stimulating play & activities with child, Prepare meals for your children, School bags are packed for the next day, Assist with homework, Ad hoc babysitting at additional pay

Special Requirements:

21+, Female, English speaking and has good experience with driving and a very safe driver, and child safety, someone who is engaging and motivated, has a passion for children

Start Date and contract term:

2nd February 2026 - permanent

Salary:

R8 500 - R9 000pm (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.76)



All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

Must have a clear criminal record

Must have a passion for children

Must have Matric

Must have a South African ID document.
