The Position Planning, delivering and assessing culinary modules at NQF level 5
Liaising with industry employers, securing and supervising internship placements.
Supervising the compilation of culinary Portfolios of Evidence
Assisting with the organisation of and participation in, on-campus practical training sessions.
Some classroom facilitation. Working in a small team of professional educators. Normally Monday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend duties

Job Requirements:


Qualification:
Minimum an NQF level 6 Diploma (degree preferred)
Registered Assessor (CATHSSETA)
Good track record as a chef - min 2 years in upscale food service organisations
2 years experience with delivery and assessment (formative and summative) of culinary modules
Classroom facilitator experience
Goal oriented/organised
Good communication skills
Team player
